• (7) NSFW (adult) content, as part of user-generated content, must comply with all relevant guidelines and legal standards.
• (8) All content that is sexual or suggestive, or in any way not suitable for an underage audience, must be marked as NSFW (adult) content.
• (9) Images depicting sexual content of children, whether photorealistic, drawn, or generated, are illegal and strictly prohibited.
• (10) Content that displays or includes the Lalafell race from Final Fantasy XIV in a sexual manner is prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that it violates our guidelines or is otherwise unsuitable for our platform.

4.1 Content Ownership, Licensing, and Usage Rights

Your use of UGC is at your own risk. RPHub MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, and you will indemnify and hold RPHub harmless from any copyright infringement claims arising out of your use of the UGC. Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. In such cases, some, or possibly all, of the limitations and exclusions mentioned may not apply to you, granting you additional rights.

9. Indemnity
