Character Overview
Being a man hailing from the Ejinn tribe in the Azim Steppe, Dolkaru has always stuck out like a sore thumb. Being gifted in magic beyond a number of his kin, he's spent much of his early youth learning how to cast spells from his father and later adapted it to hunting and helping his tribe. When the Doman Rebellion swelled to an all-time high and he was called to action by the Khagan, he responded eagerly. It would give him a chance to see the world beyond the Steppe and fight for his people. Since his travel to Eorzea after the war against the Empire, he's adapted to a new life, armed with naught else but his wits and modest equipment.
Personality
Dolkaru has always been a more soft-spoken soul, keeping mostly to himself and a select few of his friends until recent years. Because of this, he gives off the impression of a stoic soul, with a set of eyes that instinctively bore into the souls of those who have the misfortune to pass him by.
His demeanor, however, is anything but rude. Kind, carefree, and open-minded is he to those of an unknown world, especially in the land of Eorzea.
‘Ducky' has a heart of gold, albeit with a splash of naivety in between his deep desire to protect those which he calls friends and family. Being from his faraway tribe of what some may call ‘water Xaela’, even in the land of Eorzea he always prioritizes his Ejinn siblings. While in some of his beliefs and ideas may he be stubborn, he is always willing to see the different side of the outside land that he now calls home.
Physical Description
Shoulder-length crimson hair, piercing red eyes with an almost soul-searching gaze, only to be disarmed by a warm and polite smile with shark-toothed canines to boot. Although he towers over a few of the other races, he's fairly short for a male Xaela. He sports slimmer, back-turned horns almost resembling those of a goat and a long, whip-like tail with almost a spiky end as a makeshift third weapon.
His face has an almost rosy tint amidst his slightly tanned skin, and thick black scales adorn both his cheeks and chin in an almost beard-like appearance. Scattered across the bridge of his nose is a line of dark scales, with occasional streaks of brightly colored war paint to show his support for his fellow Ejinn across the seas.
His attire is often different shades of blue, his most common choice being a set of teal-colored silks and dark brown furs. With that said, his travel wear has always been a faded blue surcoat with plated arms and legs. While he carries himself with a proper pep in his step, he still has the presence of a fairly developing adventurer.

Romance and or Mature Scenes: I'm always open to having Dolkaru be in a romantic relationship, but I'm not all too comfortable with mature/erotic themes. Just fade to black, please. Anything OOC is strictly platonic, not looking for anything beyond that, thank you!
21+ Players Only. As I said before, I'm 25 years old and would rather write with other adults my age or older. I know that Dolkaru is a fairly lighthearted character in most scenarios, but he is fairly flexible and prone to darker themes.
Communication is important! I'm a very anxious person and a forgetful one at that. Don't hesitate to poke me a bit! If we have any problems, or you don't wish to interact/roleplay anymore, tell me! I won't be offended. Be direct!
