The Man
Personality:
Dee is jovial and lighthearted almost to a fault. Sees others in the best light and keeps an open mind about challenges and situations he finds himself in. His calm and patient demeanor most often is seen when he's laboring in the workshop or discussing a topic of interest. Even though he can be energetic and extroverted amongst those he considers friends, he is no stranger to long stretches of time spent alone working hard on a project. H is focus on work has lead to many misunderstandings, rambling enthusiastically about non-sensical inventions to non-existent problems. He wholeheartedly assures none of his inventions has caused any lasting harm to any participants.
Appearance:
Hair: Dee's hair is a salt and pepper color, styled and kept clean, except for a few strands falling occasionally against his forehead.
Eyes: Light blue
Build: He maintains a lean and athletic build, a habit kept up from his days in service as a Machinist as he still routinely practices and trains.
Dress: Dee's wardrobe strikes a balance between polished and work-ready. During his time in the workshop, he wears brown coveralls and work boots. There's no keeping clean when working with machine grease. But on his days off, he dons well-fitted shirts, jackets and tailored trousers. Spending so much time covered in grime, he takes pride in keeping meticulously tidy whenever he can.
Expression: His features often wear a thoughtful expression, as if he’s pondering the mysteries of the universe... or the mechanical tolerances of his latest designs. Probably the latter...
The Myth
Over Engineered: A traveling engineer who offers his services repairing machina. Often found preoccupied with designing and working on his own designs, he seeks to apply his skills towards the betterment of others. As he travels and meets new people, his love of engineering and solving problems always finds a way to to his conversations. Sometimes his skills are happily put to use, though other times his inadvertent need to apply inventions to situations leads to misunderstandings that have begun to snowball in to problems he may need to resolve before too long. Will his well-intentioned offers to help save the day, or will he simply invent new problems for himself and others?
Sharp Shot: Once a retired Machinist no longer wanting to be an instrument of war, Dee has found a new reason to take up arms again. Signing on to a new company as their contracted Engineer, Dee had high hopes that he would only be required to bring his wrench and hammer. However, it was not too long before he found his eyes opened to a world larger than what he was familiar with. A world filled with voidsent and dangerous artifacts scattered throughout the land, bringing misery to those who have the poor luck to encounter them. Fortunately, the company that brought him on has dedicated their resources to the acquisition and nullification of such dangers to keep the world a safer place for all; A cause he would happily take up arms once again to uphold! Now he no longer brandishes a toolkit to maintain company equipment and vessels, but his rifle to assist his team in missions out in the field.

Dee loves to help those who look in need and is quick to offer assistance to someone. He can be a bit oblivious or distracted, however, often lost in his work. But to those who ask, or when the situation breaks him out of his focus, he's always happy to help however he can.
