[NEER DO-WELLS & EMPLOYERS]
For those that that are doing the ‘Neer Do-wells/An employer’ hook, here's a list of things that she commonly gets commissioned to do. Keep in mind that these job catagories are mainly referring to an NPC character, though they could also apply to a person. Leesah interacting with other RPers in this matter would need to have some form of agreement, depending on what the ‘job’ is.
[Bodyguard] - a job that requires to protecting a person of interest to the client. Some bodyguard jobs have an additional task such as protecting them from Point A to Point B (aka [Transport]).
[Transport] - A job where the person takes an item of interest and carries it discretely to the designated location. This is the most universal of job commissions, as most other catagories usually comes with the need of getting something to Point A to Point B.
[Thivery] - Need something stolen from a location or from a person? That's the sort of job this catagory goes for, as Leesah would infiltrate an area to get a particular item. In terms of stealing from a person, Leesah will look for any methods to where she could get the item her client wants without a need to clash swords, though she's prepared for that outcome.
[Scavenger Hunt] - It's a job where you task Leesah to look for something for you. Maybe you heard of a rumor that got a mystical sword, but you don't know exactly where it's at other than some hints left behind. Worse off, you're unsure how safe this area is. This is where you hire Leesah. Granted, this is one of the more expensive commissions to ask for, so be prepared to have some gil on you.
If there is a particular commission or job you wish for Leesah to do, do not be shy and speak to me about it OOCly or IC.. Just know that depending on what you ask, it could be something that CAN be done or can't. Also know that, any IC jobs that involves another player, the client and I would need to speak more OOCly just to make sure we're on the same page.
[STATS]
In terms of fighting style, there's nothing too extrodinary about her physical or aetherical prowness. What sets her apart from most individuals is her tactical capabilities and her reflexes, though that 2nd trait is more akin to her being a miqo'te.
The thing about Leesah is that she's intelligent in fighting situations; being able to read her opponent well and using it to her advantage. Sometimes, she even adds into her opponent's ego with comments in hopes to get a favorable reaction, or a specific action from her opponent.

[Background]
E'Leesah was designated to be a huntress since she was a child. At a young age, her combative skills as well as tracking were impressive amongst the tribe. In time, she became one of the E tribe's best hunters. When Game wasn't needed, she would spend her time assisting others with gathering neccessities for cooking and medical herb. Her downtime was also spent on observing the Ala Mhigans converse in nearby settlements. Their own tribe would sometimes go to nearby towns and cities to trade with the common folk. She often wonders what civilization is like in the Ala Mhigan culture.
One day, the Garleans invaded Ala Mhigo and took the land for themselves. Her father, Zehka, saw the invader's numbers and thus became more cautious of doing trades with the Ala Mhigans. The Nunh ordered his hunters to do their hunts at fixed times, to avoid any possible hostility from the Garleans. What started to sound rationale turned to irritation overtime. They wanted a fix to the solution, but the Nunh suggested they avoid agitating a large army. Leesah herself was not liking the living arrangements and challenge her father for the title of Nunh. Normally, women were not allowed to challenge the title, but he decided to make it an exception. This meant that she had to go through the punishment of her forename changed should she fail to defeat him; a risk she was willing to afford. They had their duel, and despite her best efforts, she lost. While she was offered to stay with the Tia name intact, she chose to leave the next day. To her, it was better to explore new possibilities than to rot away slowly in the hell her father commited to.
Her long, lonely travels took her to Ul’dah. Once inside, she saw a much different culture than what she was used to, even in Ala Mhigo standards. There were many people of many types; each having a different purpose in the city. The first thing she remembered in her time with trading is that something of worth is needed, and in this city, it was money. With only her dagger and her wits, she had to work from the bottom by taking on commissions, to which her focus was the adventurer's guild. Her choice of living was at a cave not too far from the city, so she was able to manage money easier. Her short time in Ul'dah made her realized how below the standard she was living.
Then she came across a big commission; there was a midlander who needed to be brought in, dead or alive for murdering several Brass Blades. The reward for it was bigger than her time hunting monsters, so she persued it. The only issue is that wasn't a lot of leads other than his name and the times prior that he last went through. This made tracking the male difficult, but not impossible. After her time searching Thanalan and overhearing people's conversation, she came across a lead to their hideout. When she was able to sneak inside, she made short work of the wanted man and knocked them out. The woman brought him back to Ul'dah and the adventurer's guild rewarded her handsomely. Seeing this much money not only brought a smile to her face, but made her realized how she enjoyed hunting down humans and wished to do it more often. Though they didn't come up quite as often, she took those types of commissions whenever possible. Some didn't go as planned; there were times she had to fight them, or times she had to chase them down. The ending was all the same however; she would come out victorious. Each successful commission made her richer than the last, and she enjoyed the thrill of the hunt most of all.
Throughout the months, she was able to take in more dangerous commissions. In that timeframe, she gotten herself a decent place to herself within the city. Leesah valued the way she spent money; everything she used with it was meant for for improvement related to her. From getting better cloths, to improving her weapons. When money stopped being less of a focus, she spent her time expending her mind by reading books and learning more about Ul'dah and Thanaland. She also read up about who the Garleans were so she could better understand the situation in Ala Mhigo. Thanks to books and her time in Ul'dah, she came to understand how powerful money is and how easily it can corrupt someone.
One day when she was wrapping up another commission, she was approached by an elezen with a job offer. They were wondering if Leesah would be interested making some extra money. When asked for more details, she was told they needed someone to assassinate a 'problematic individual.' Leesah was aware that criminals and thieves exist in Ul'dah. That said, she had no qualms with killing a person, but she did have qualms with her business not being with the adventurer's guild. Seeing the hesitation, the elezen disclosed the offer for the assassination; a sum that was bigger than what adventurer guilds normally pay. Hearing that reward amount swayed her to accepting the request. She didn't want her public image damaged, so she got some darker cloths and a mask to cover her face. The job itself was soon done and from that time on, she would take on more jobs from the elezen when requested. Some of the jobs that the elezen requested was being a bodyguard, stealing important items from other people, or transferring things from one area to the next nation undetected. Impressed with her accomplishments and work ethics, she was hired by him permanently with more pay; meaning she took far less commissions from the adventurer's guild. Her name was more wide spread in the Underworld, as people become to acknowledge her capabilities. Since her employment, she took time for herself to explore other nations and learn the ins and outs to make her job more efficient. Her boss also treated her and the other members like family. It was an experience she lacked ever since she left her tribe.
Things were going good for Leesah and her boss, but all it took was one night to create a living experience she won't forget. Their elezen boss was invited over to their business partner's large house in hopes to negotiate some dealings of recent earnings. The said business partner was a miqo'te seeker. Both Leesah and her other trusted bodyguard came with him in the negotiation room. Leesah was asked to wait in a different room with the midlander's other members, while her boss and the bodyguard went into the negotiation room. What Leesah didn't know was that after they had their drinks, it was soon revealed that their drinks were laced with a potion that made them paralyze; the boss's drink was a lighter version for negotiation purposes. What made it worse was that the rival business partner showed up from the shadows; announcing their alliance with the miqo'te. They were forcing him to give up his share of resources and land that he owned. When he refused, they shot the bodyguard. Leesah heard the gunshot, but when she tried to leave, they stopped her with force. This caused her to retaliate with force; knocking out the lights to blend into the darkness in hopes to put them down. Leesah ran into the room as fast as she could, only to see her boss assassinated just as she opened the door. They tried to offer her a chance to join them by offering her more money than what the elezen paid her. Leesah's response to that proposal was gravely injuring them, denying it altogether. She interrogated them, wanting to know why they did this. Leesah learned that the miqo'te was approached by the rival with an offer of great profit, but only if he could convince the other business partner to join. It turns out the miqo'te tried to convince him days prior, but the elezen wasn't interested as he didn't see the profit with the rival. This made the miqo'te turn on him behind the scenes and thus kill him when he refused even in his state. They tried to plea for their life, but she killed both of them out of bitterness for losing her boss. Then she grabbed the largest sack she could find and robbed the deceased miqo'te of his valueables in his estate, then went for the rival's estate to loot them. As Leesah head back to her deceased boss' headquarters, she learned just how conquest and buying 'allies' is both a powerful and dangerous tool. After telling the other members of the news, Lessah expected someone to take position as the new leader. Much to Leesah's surprise however, no one stepped up, to which lead the group to disband. Each of them had an equal share of the remaining loot, though Leesah was one of the few with a bigger cut of the portion. Not by her own choice, but the members acknowledged her hard work within her time. With the money she had, she spent the next day calculating what to do with the money, and her plans for the future.
There was a lot to think about. The money was certainly enough to upgrade her living expenses and still have some savings left. Her time with her deceased boss fueled a new desire within her. She wanted to run a underground business like her boss did, but she also wanted conquest of ruling other neighboring locations. Essentially, she wanted to colonize like how the Garleans took over Ala Mhigo. Running an underground business meant more money for her, and knowing the right people will help achieve her dream of ruling nations as their Nunh. Before she could do that, she wanted to return to Ala Mhigo and make another attempt at claiming the E'tribe as their Nunh. The time with her ex boss made her value her tribe once more.
Once the finer plans were worked out, she decided to get to work. First, she went to make a purchase of a remote island. This remote island will be a base of operations for her ilgitimate business, along with being a pleasant place for Leesah to relax at.. Leesah would then travel back to Ala Mhigo for the E'tribe in hopes to challenge the Nunh once more. He agreed, thinking how the turn out will be the same. Unfortuately for him, Leesah has gotten both stronger and wiser since her time in Ul'dah. Within their duel, Leesah came out on top as the victor. The tribe members thought that she'd stay with them and lead them to a better life in Ala Mhigo, but Leesah had other, better plans. "Come with me if you desire a better life." Leesah said in confidence to them as their Nunh. "I promise to shelter you all in a new land in Thanaland, where you can hunt as you please, along with giving you new possibilities unavailable to us in Ala Mhigo currently."
Seeing Zehka, her father, defeated only proved they were no longer safe. All of the remaining miqo'tes decided to follow along Leesah back to Thanaland. Good on her world, they were greated with a new location for their tribe within Thanaland. Leesah then explained what she's been doing in Ul'dah and how she became to be the person that she is now. How she wish to run a business, while also being the E'tribe's Nunh. She also explained that they don't have to help assist if they're not interested, and that the E'Tribes traditions will always remain intact. They were amazed by her ambition, but were also concerned of it. When they asked how Leesah would be any different than the Garleans that invaded her land, her response came with a smirk. "Any other would use their own people as stepping stones for their selfish gain. I, only desire a better life for myself and the Tribe. You may leave whenever you wish, for I would care for the E'tribe and those who work under me all the same." After hearing her answer, they were more supportive for her ideals. Most of them still stuck to doing things traditional, but there were a small few who would assist Leesah on her ideals outside of the tribe.
With the remote island and the tribe under her name, she began to use the large portion of her money into founding the group business called 'Midnight Oasis.' With this business comes with a new alias known as 'Mythril,' the owner of the business. From there, she and the people she hired would spread their influence in every part of the world starting with Eorzea. So remember, if you're in need of some rare goods, or someone to protect your hide, know that E'Leesah or Mythril will be there to give you what you need. So long as you got the gil for it, that is.
