GENERAL PROFILE
Were she to be terribly honest, Tia'na is most defnitely the kind one could spot from a crowd, even if she was a green speck in one's vision. From her bright green hair, or the red tints at the edge of each little spike there, her strangely scarlet eyes, or the constantly glowing tip of her tail, there's always a way to identify her at a moment's notice. Tia'na chooses to carry herself as casually as possible, facing every situation as naturally as one can with one hand in her pocket and the other balled up into a fist- so to speak. Even with such a distinct appearance, moody-yet-chill attitude, and a more “modern” choice of speech, Tia'na prefers to stay within the crowd, doing her own thing within it rather than attracting attention from every eye nearby.
Living in Ul'dah has it's benefits, and as does being raised there. A long way from Ala Mhigo, where survival is key in one place, learning to thrive is key in another. With only basic life skills and a body with enhanced capabilities for fighting, athletics, or any physical activity, it's not difficult for her to find something to do just about anywhere in Eorzea. From the Wolves' Den's ever-so-interesting opponents, to the odd-jobs in Mor Dhona, or even finding it in herself to actually go to Gridania to relax, she always aims to make the absolute most out of whatever location she's at.
Part of the reason for such mindsets, is because of how her body differs from others. With her corporeal aether nearly choked out by a layer of pyretic aether, and an active inability to perform magicks of any sort due to a deadlocked aetherpool, Tia'na lives her life as a half-tempered individual, her mother having been tainted by Ifrit before giving birth to her in Little Ala Mhigo. Even now, having learned only that she is tempered, and not why, she expects the answer to come to her in due time, while she spends her every waking moment trying to make sure she can do well to further herself, or have a positive impact on whoever else she comes across.
Never averse to combat, Tia'na prefers it as a means of self-expression or dispute settling, not a be-all-end all, or as the absolute way to prove ones self-imposed superiority above others. Unusual as it may be, Tia'na's the type to belittle an opponent for not ‘going all out’, or for propping themselves up as a threat before going down spectacularly. Even if she herself suffers a loss, unless it's something serious, she tends not to take it too personally, since it's still a learning experience— and she's not dead, after all.
The girl's fighting style is ever-so-dependent upon the time and place, utilizing the arts of hand-to-hand combat, acrobatics, and even reverse-grip swordplay when she's feeling especially daring. Such spectacles aren't to be taken as making light of whatever reason she has to fight, rather this is just how she does it, and with an edge in agility over most opponents, why would she ever change that?
In more recent history, with the unfortunate departure of those closest to her, Tia'na's found herself front-and-center to many a conflict, with less and less time to relax, and more time to find some form of joy in the constant madness. From manhunts, to dimensional-travel… somehow, being an acquaintance of miss King means a world of uncertain scenarios to end up at your doorstep in one way or another.
