M'aki Itoh

Introduction

M’aki Itoh is a Sharlayan-trained archaeologist and field scholar whose life has been shaped by exile, ruins, and responsibility. Raised by a Gleaner mother after the destruction of her mountain enclave, she learned to balance study with survival. Calm, observant, and principled, M’aki believes knowledge should serve people, not power. She travels to preserve histories at risk of being lost — and protects them when needed, twin blades never far from reach.
