Background

The story of the character's origins

Dimitri— or 'Dimi' as he would prefer— is a humorous hunter hailing from beyond the lands of Dravania. Raised in a small village of wolf-folk, Dimitri had a lonely childhood in that his erratic behavior alienated him from other children his age, leaving him with few friends. Many regarded him as weird and off-putting simply due to his over-enthusiasm about subjects he found interesting. His excessive physical strength that he struggled with controlling also caused problems, where he would accidentally break objects while earnestly trying to help others. Despite this, he grew up to become a very kindhearted individual who tries his best to help everyone that he can. He became an adventurer in his younger years and later began to study as a hunter scholar in his 30s. Most of his work as an adventurer involved him meandering around assisting people regardless of the pay. (Admittedly, he is a work horse, and will possibly keel over if he's not moving at every single second.) These days, he enjoys studying monsters for their behavioral patterns as well as tracking elite mark's movements. Using his skills learned while traveling on the road, he became an exceptionally skilled hunter and often does his work alone to minimize endangering others. He is still open to joining other hunters and mercenaries should they hire him. Many remark that his company is enjoyable, with his enthusiasm being infectious and that he seems to easily get along with most people. Outside of hunting, Dimitri owns a small plot where he grows flowers and herbs, even taking on difficult plants if commissioned. He studies botany as a hobby and has an adoration for flower language in particular, Dimitri is also a practiced dancer. He delights in the simple things, like shopping, fashion, and buying himself little treats! It would also seem that the universe itself cursed him to be unlucky, as Dimitri is a total klutz and has a tendency to receive the short end of the stick. Quite the silly individual this one be…
