She is the WoL as described in the game story, it’s her primary profession and how she supports herself. It’s exhausting, constantly being pulled from crisis to crisis, no real time for downtime. Even when there is, her notoriety constantly has people making requests of her, or her allies coming to her with assistance. Or to check up on her, or various other things.
On top of it all, is the nagging feeling she doesn’t belong. Beyond not having much memory of her time before awakening in the twelveswood in the aftermath of Louisoix’s sacrifice, she somehow feels she doesn’t fit in. She has no Miqo’te cultural traditions, and even the others she encountered from disparate areas of Etheris just don’t feel like home, like she belongs.
Since the events of Endwalker, she figures that it might just be because she’s a shard of Azem, a wanderer. It’s easy to wander the world if you don’t feel like any one place is home. She’s made a nice enough life here, and even if it sometimes comes back to the surface, she just accepts it as part of why she is who she is.
