Proprietress
Sahrah has an eye for business and has become a successful business owner over time. She owns and operates The Feyneedle, a small alchemy/jewelry shop and tattoo parlor located on the Ruby Road Exchange in Ul'dah. Her other business investments are in Raz-at-Han and the surrounding areas of Thavnair. She is always looking to expand her business dealings, be it investments or other shops to sell her wares.
Tattoo Artist
Even as a child, Sahrah had a hint of artistic talent. Her obsession with body art came from the Keeper tradition where they would apply facial paints before a hunt or battle. She expanded on this and decorated her body with tattoos using aetheric inks in the design of fauna and flora. She has now taken to using her artistic talents to create beautiful and exotic tattoos for others.
Alchemist
Sahrah's journey into alchemy began with her clan where she served as their medic and spiritual guide. She has since then expanded her knowledge with various trips to Thavnair. She is well known for her elixirs, remedies, aphrodisiacs, and poisons. She enjoys experimenting with her elixirs to see how far she can break the boundaries of the mind and body.
Insightful
Sahrah always had a way with people. She can be quite studious when meeting someone new, slowly learning what makes them tick. Her beliefs in Menphina often drive her to tease out their heart's desires after a few moments of conversation, and with a question here and there she can begin reading them like an open book. This talent has served her well with business dealings and is one she takes advantage of.
Magical Arts
Through a mix of aetherial knowledge and alchemy, Sahrah can tend to her allies by soothing their wounds or empowering them with enchantments, while her enemies might find themselves enthralled, their minds twisted or become trapped within nightmarish illusions.
Fashionable
Sahrah has a strong obsession with fashion. When first arriving in Ul'dah she fell in love with some of the designs she saw on display in the markets. Her favorites being those inspired by Near Eastern and Far Eastern cultures. She also admires the hard work of those who design the clothing, often befriending and finding similar minds with seamstress, and also commissioning them to design her clothing.
Background
Sahrah was born to a small clan which made their home at the edges of the swamps in the South Shroud. She was the matron’s daughter, and possessed strong magical capabilities at an early age. She was a studious child, and learning the arts of conjury and alchemy. As she became older she was seen as the clan medic and spiritual guide. Everyone looked up to her in the clan, and she stood as a shining beacon to all in their home. That was until a series of unfortunate events began to plague the small clan which ultimately saw Sahrah casted out and left for dead.
After the events that unfolded with her clan, Sahrah traveled far until reaching the lands of Thalanan and eventually reaching the city of Ul’dah. With no money on hand, and nothing but rags for clothes, Sahrah had turned to unsavory means to make money. She started to work the corners of the Ruby Road Exchange, and with time worked her way up to be a respected courtesan in a high-class brothel. She felt content for a while until she wanted to leave that life behind and begin work on her own.
Nowadays Sahrah is known for her travels to Thavnair where she expanded her knowledge of business and alchemy and running her small tattoo/alchemy shop on the Ruby Road Exchange in Ul’dah. She has more or less left her former lives behind and is finally happy with the life she was meant to have.

OOC Information
- I go by Dizzy (They/Them) and I'm 30+ years of age but feel free to call me by whatever character you know me as.
- I will only roleplay with fellow adults (21+). Please do not approach if you or your character are underage.
- I'm very much an introvert and suffer from social anxiety, because of this I rarely do walk-ups or send tells to start a scene. I'll even clam up if I spy anyone targeting me or sending me a tell; please don't be insulted if my OOC responses are short. It's just who I am.
- My IC post can be (most likely) slow and known to have typos. I'm not the best at typing and oftentimes my thought process in writing properly can lead me to be slow in the response; typos tend to happen due to this as I try to rush out the emote to not keep the other waiting.
- I've been Roleplaying for roughly eight years now. Having experience in World of Warcraft and now Final Fantasy XIV.
- My availability can be tight to some, generally only free Sundays and Mondays from 8PM to 8PM (CST US). Some rare appearances can happen on my workdays.
- I prefer one or two para emotes but can also do simple on-liners and such.
- I do enjoy RPing in the open world. The Quicksand and Housing areas can be boring.
- I'm open to all forms of Roleplay. (I don't accept character deaths; FFXIV is not alt friendly, and it would be annoying to reroll). I prefer adventure, character growth, and relationship building
- I don't shy away from ERP but there must be some form of build up or reasoning for the scene. I'll just ignore people who come at my characters with the sole purpose for ERP. If such a scene does happen and it becomes the only focus of the characters from that point; I will part ways. Balmung is next door. If you're looking for that, go there and have fun.
- I do not use /crimes/, nor do I see the /moon/. Sorry if this is a roleplay mood killer for you, but I'm just not comfortable with such things.
- If you ever catch me then feel free to ask me for a scene; due to my shyness I can often overlook asking myself and I'm rather gentle with a letdown should I be busy that day.
